Improve Your Grades While Having Fun

We learn quickly when we use whatever we're learning. Improve your Spanish and have fun when you practice your vocabulary with Spanish-speaking students!




Step 2


Learn New Vocabulary and Phrases in our Podcasts: Listening to our top-rated podcasts for advanced beginner and intermediate students will increase your language comprehension and teach you new words and phrases. For example, if you're studying words such as desayuno and cena, then click on the "Eating and Drinking" link from our podcast page. You will see a list of our podcasts on that topic as well as podcasts by other podcasters on that topic. Most lists include podcasts for students of many different levels. You may also download the podcasts and listen to them on your computer, portable CD player, MP3 player, or iPod. Soon we will have RSS Feeds for podcasts by category and level so you can download all of the podcasts at one time.

This step will teach you vocabulary that you can practice with a study buddy.

Step 3


When you practice using the words that you're learning in class, you'll remember it more easily. Via email, you can practice Spanish one-on-one with Spanish speakers in Spain and Latin America. You'll write in Spanish and your study buddies will reply in English. You'll have a chance to practice the vocabulary that you are currently learning by asking your study buddies questions such as "¿A qué hora desayunas?".

If you need help, ask your teacher to find a class to partner with on our forum.
